The 2011 calabar international festival in calabar ,cross river state in the niger delta area of nigeria is now holding .
Its an annual event featuring parades,musical shows,exhibitions,fashion parades ,beauty context and tradional nigerian dancers and culture .in fact this is largest street carnival in africa and foregn visitors will have the chance to catch a glimpse of african culture and dancers there are so many interesting things for you to see there just try to be there

Today in africa the chinese are everywhere.in most african countries find more number of chinese than any other foreigners from asia,europe and america really there is chinese invasion of africa this makes one to wonder if there are wars in china and hence,they all moved here to avoid been killed! The chinese are so ubuquitous here in nigeria and africa indeed.former US President George Bush was right when he said that "china should be held responsble for whatever that happens in africa".he said this when he visited nigeria as he observed that the chinese are everywhere.from nigeria to ghana to sudan to zambia to togo and all other african nations the chinese are everywhere
Here in nigeria for instance they are so many that they engage jobs meant for locals ,there are some of them to work in their scattered all over Nigeria such as China Civil Engineering & Construction and China Petroleum Exploration Company.these two alone employ about 45% of chinese skilled workers in nigeria while the rest engage in menial jobs and trading . That is why lots of the goods in africa come from china .
I have keenly observed that nigeria and africa provides them with a great freedom they would otherwise they get in china. Take for example birth policy in china no man is allowed to have more than four children but there are many of them here in nigeria having more than 4 children.you see they married nigerian girls and have many children but if he tries that in china ,he sees himself next in jail!
Next is the fact that our air here is far better for humans than theirs.china is a country fill with industries i heard its very hard to get safe underground water.under ground water there in contaminted with wastes from the industries which litters everywhere
Next is our festivals as this brings lots of them here as tourists .one of such is calabar festival in cross river state and the chinese come to see live africa masquerades

to gain entrnace into the the tourisn section of the capital called senegam,biai had to board one of the taxis specifically made for tourists to ove into senegambiahence i boarded one of the yellow taxis made for tourists in thhis country and andf i was liucky to have about tywo other persons in it so i had to begin to ask the driver questions about his country .the mkan is local man and has been operating the cabs taking various tourist to the country to senegambiaans as soon as oyr cab got to the gae that is the entrance to senega mbia he had to move out of the cab and gpo to the police check point to collect permit slip and when i askedc him why he said that in gambi a thnat the yellow cabs are for tourist bothe local cabs the on e we rtea in are for runsso for any of ius to enter he said he had to collect the permission slip and tgake you inside to have a good view of the beautiful hotels and see things for youselves and hence we moved inbto senegambia
